Perfect for a sunny lawn, Floratam™ is also the most drought tolerant St. Augustine variety on the market.

Floratam™ is not as cold tolerant as other St. Augustine grasses, so preconditioning with a winterizer fertilizer could increase this grass’s beauty during the spring and summer months. Although this is a courser variety, when mowed as a lawn the coarseness is reduced. With a moderate tolerance to wear, Floratam™ is the perfect choice for your home lawn, especially if you are positioned in a warm climate with lots of sunshine.
