Shawn Bish is the Manager of Big Earth Palmetto, where he brings a strong sense of leadership, integrity, and purpose to everything he does. His passion for Jesus and his church deeply influences his life, shaping both his personal values and professional approach.

Outside of work, Shawn enjoys staying active at the gym and relaxing by the pool—two ways he finds balance and recharges after a long day. He has a deep admiration for his grandfather, who he credits as the biggest influence in his life. As an amazing father, husband, and provider, his grandfather’s example continues to inspire Shawn to lead with compassion, generosity, and strength. One of the most meaningful pieces of advice Shawn carries with him is: “When a person shows you or tells you who they are, believe them.” It’s a mindset that fuels his thoughtful and perceptive leadership style.

Shawn is also someone who values wonder and curiosity. If he had the chance, he would love to visit Egypt to experience the awe of the pyramids and the Sphinx firsthand. He’s also intrigued by astronomy and would enjoy learning more about stargazing and the mysteries of the universe. But above all, his granddaughter is his greatest joy and never fails to bring a smile to his face. We’re incredibly grateful to have Shawn as part of the Big Earth team. His character, work ethic, and heart for others make him not only an exceptional manager but also a valued leader and teammate.
