Faith Gilray is the manager of Big Earth’s Lakewood Ranch location, where she leads with dedication, a strong work ethic, and a passion for excellence. With a deep-rooted sense of family values, Faith brings a positive and committed presence to her role, reflecting the principles she has carried throughout her career. She is known for her methodical approach to tasks, often organizing things in a specific way to ensure efficiency and success.

Faith enjoys staying active by going to the gym and line dancing. She is especially proud of earning her AA degree while still in high school, a testament to her determination and ambition.

Outside of work, Faith values quality time spent with friends and prioritizes relaxation at home. If given the opportunity, she would love to visit Italy to explore her family’s heritage, admire the architecture, and experience authentic Italian cuisine.

Faith’s grandfather has had the greatest impact on her life, teaching her the importance of perseverance and always striving to improve.
