Cliff White - Manager - Bradenton Store
Cliff has been an integral part of the Big Earth family since December 12, 2004, with a dedicated career that spans over two decades. Although Cliff had a brief tenure managing the Sarasota location, he found his true home at the Bradenton store, where he currently serves as the manager.
A proud native of Manatee County, Cliff’s roots run deep in the local community. His love for sports has shaped much of his life, and he’s an avid supporter of the Miami Dolphins. When he’s not at work, Cliff enjoys fishing, boating, and attending sporting events, making the most of Florida’s beautiful weather.
At the heart of it all, however, is his role as a father. Cliff is deeply committed to being the best father to his daughter, Brianna. His personal journey has also been marked by unwavering love and strength as he stood by his wife, Tammy, during her courageous 17-year battle with cancer. Although Tammy passed away in the summer of 2024, her memory continues to inspire Cliff in every aspect of his life.
When it comes to unwinding, Cliff finds peace in his backyard, listening to music or taking his dog for a walk. He’s a firm believer in living in the moment, and he holds the best advice he’s ever received close to his heart: “Don’t take anything for granted, live in the moment, tomorrow is not promised.”
Through dedication, compassion, and resilience, Cliff has built a legacy of leadership at Big Earth and continues to impact the lives of everyone around him.
